It's sad that they reduce several characters to something completely different. Why do they always see Hong Lu as a silly fool? He simply goes along with what the ppl want, he does what everyone else wants, nothing more. IT'S EVEN WORSE WITH SINCLAIR Sinclair had such good character development that it makes me angry that Canto 3 isn't watched more. The fact that Sinclair is more than just "weak" and has such great mental development makes me surprised that in the Canto 8 intervalo they describe him as immature.
